TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are terms and conditions of which cover the make-up artist services supplied by Amy George Makeup. This is my entire agreement with you. These terms set out the entire agreement between us in relation to the provision of my artistry services with you.
BOOKINGS:
- To secure your wedding date with AMY GEORGE MAKEUP a 20% retainer fee from your bridal makeup quote will be required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final wedding day balance.
- If you have not paid your 20% retainer fee to reserve your wedding date with AMY GEORGE MAKEUP, that date becomes available to the next client.
- A minimum spend of £510 - Bridal Makeup + Bridal Trial + 3 Adult Makeups - is required when booking your wedding with Amy George Makeup.
CANCELATION POLICY:
- Any Postponements of bookings will incur a £50 booking fee
- If AMY GEORGE MAKEUP is unavailable on your new proposed date, any deposits paid for the postponed date will be retained and the following applies:
- Cancelling services anytime between the booking date and 6 months prior to your wedding incurs no further charges, any deposits will be retained.
- Cancelling services within 3 months of your wedding date incurs 50% of the quoted balance to be paid and any deposits to be retained.
- Canceling services within 1 month of your wedding date incurs a 100% of the quoted balance to be paid and any deposits to be retained.
- The wedding day quote will be decided upon securing your wedding date in the diary with the 20% retainer fee and if services should be reduced, the original quote must be honoured.
- In the unfortunate event that AMY GEORGE MAKEUP is unable to perform services on the trial date or wedding date for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc. reasonable accommodations shall be made upto and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided. Every effort will be made to replace AMY GEORGE MAKEUP at short notice where possible but this can not be guaranteed and is subject to a replacement artist's availability.
TRAVEL CHARGES:
- A fee will be charged for travel, the amount charged currently is 50p per mile from LS8 2JA
- All costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include, but not limited to : airfare, hotel, transportation, toll charges and parking.
LIABILITY:
- All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.
- Any skin conditions or allergies should be reported to AMY GEORGE MAKEUP prior to application and if need be, a sample test of makeup performed on the skin to test reaction.
- Client(s) agree to release AMY GEORGE MAKEUP, from liability for allergic reactions.
- AMY GEORGE MAKEUP will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise on location.
WEDDING TRIAL:
- Makeup trials are held midweek at AMY GEORGE MAKEUP'S studio in Leeds between 10am and 2.30pm
- Trials are payable on the day of the trial and are non refundable.
SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- A set up table/work area needs to be made available for AMY GEORGE MAKEUP to set up her kit on.
- Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by AMY GEORGE MAKEUP
- Ample lighting, preferably natural light is necessary for services to be performed properly. AMY GEORGE MAKEUP will bring a ring light in winter months.
- AMY GEORGE MAKEUP will send out a timing schedule prior to the wedding day, please can all clients be made aware of the timetable and know when their allocated makeup slot is. There is to be no food consumed whilst having makeup done.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF IMAGES:
Photography/videos of client, Party and or Event may be used by AMY GEORGE MAKEUP in promotional material or social media unless the client has expressed in writing that this is not permitted.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:
- AMY GEORGE MAKEUP services will be completed to client's satisfaction, any dissatisfaction of AMY GEORGE MAKEUP services must be known at the time to allow for any necessary amendments.
